The main living quarters. Table was used for my computer. |
I found the bedroom very comfy and cozy. |
The kitchen was user friendly and ready. |
What the place looked like from the chair. |
Outside one of the shops, was Bumble Bee |
Another cool car. Anyone know the details? |
It rained just before I left. Then the sun came out. |
I had to stop and photograph this awesome display. |
With the sun out, the rain began evaporating. |
The process was done 15 minutes later. |
The rest of the trip home was uneventful. But it was a wonderful weekend. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Door County.
Next Week: I visit Lambeau Field (Green Bay)
Hey Jeff, I dedicated something to you on my HERE'S TO YOU THURSDAY post. I hope you like it.
ReplyDeleteI think I'm out of your Egg Harbor Loop. You've probably long ago explained the reason for all the travel... work maybe? But, I see you're traveling again. Be safe out there.
Robin, if you click the "egg harbor" or "photography" label above, you'll see the rest of the set.
DeleteAlso, the original can be found here: http://jeffreyascott.blogspot.com/2015/06/egg-harbor-part-one-harbor-view-park.html
Thanks for the mention on the blog. I think that's my favourite scene from the film.
Those cars are cool!
ReplyDeleteI agree. I want one.
DeleteReally great photos in all three parts, Egg Harbor looks like a beautiful place to visit!
ReplyDeleteYou should visit some time. My sisters go once a year or so. They enjoy it. Lots of neat places to visit and wines to shop for and sample.
DeleteI would like to, I will have to plan something with a sister sometime :) Looks like a lot of fun.
DeleteCool old cars.
ReplyDeleteAnd that's always wild to see steam rising after a rainfall. Great job catching it in photos.
Thanks. As a novice photographer, I rarely let an opportunity slip by if I have my camera with me.
DeleteHi Jeffrey - a Morris Minor ... circa 1960s .. made in Oxford ... originally shown at the Earls Court Motor Show in 1948 ... brilliant standard cars ...glad you had a good time and the photos are lovely to see .. cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and the info. :)
DeleteSteam heat. The earth ready for new growth. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteWatching the water cycle in motion. Pictures not as cool as actually watching it happen.
DeleteNice living room - kitchen! Bright and comfy looking. I also like the cars! Love, love the wheat with the rain in the background!
ReplyDeleteI love that photo too. Love the contrast.
